This James Beard Award-winning podcast explores the unspoken rules and traditions of restaurant kitchens through the stories of cooks that work in them.

Katy Osuna (Co-Creator and Executive Producer) is formally trained as both a cook and an anthropologist. She has been working in the restaurant industry for 7 years. Ricardo Osuna (Co-Creator and Producer) is a digital media producer and musician.

FAXINA (Boston, MA)

This Portuguese-language podcast (“Cleanup”) will bring out the ignored histories of Brazilian house cleaners in America, cleaning other people's houses while creating homes of their own.

Heloiza Barbosa (Creator and Producer) is a Brazilian academic researcher, writer and audio documentary producer. Fabia Oliveria (Co-Producer) is a Brazilian-American writer and a recent graduate of Lesley University’s low residency MFA program. Adam Gamwell (Producer) is an anthropologist, musician and digital producer and is married to a Brazilian. He also hosts and produces This Anthro Life Podcast.
